Warm Water Pool

On Sunday, 27th March, 2011, Cobden District Health Services, with the assistance of the Corangamite Shire, officially opened the new Warm Water Exercise Pool facility to the public.CDHS' CEO Jeannine Creely stated “it has been a long time coming for the supporters of this project and we are really pleased to see this pool facility completed and providing services to the community.
The 12m x 8m warm water pool and 2 swim spas are available for public use. CDHS has enlisted the services of the YMCA to manage the pool complex including programming that aligns with the great feedback received from the community last year.
Exercise classes and all other uses of the pool complex have commenced including Learn to Swim classes. We are continuing to work with the YMCA to ensure this facility is fully utilised by the community.
